Privacy Policy
TinaTC (“we,” “us”) provides transaction-coordination and document-preparation services for real estate professionals. This policy describes what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, your transaction data is processed only to prepare your documents, and we never sell data or use it to train AI models.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We use these to operate your account, approve access during the pilot, and contact you about the service.
Transaction data you enter. To prepare forms, you provide information such as client names and contact details, property addresses, and offer terms. This data is used solely to fill the forms you direct us to prepare and to show you the status of your work. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or model training.
Billing information. Engagements are invoiced directly. We keep only the billing name, email, and records needed to invoice and account for the work; card numbers never touch our servers.
Technical logs. Like most services, we keep basic server logs (timestamps, request paths, error reports) to keep the service reliable and secure.
Where your data lives
Documents and transaction data are processed on infrastructure we operate directly — not on shared cloud document services. Licensed form libraries remain on that infrastructure and are never redistributed.
Service providers
We share data with a small number of providers, only as needed:
- Supabase — authentication (your Google account email and approval status).
- DocuSign — when you send a packet for signature, the signer names and email addresses you provide, and the prepared document, are transmitted to DocuSign to create the envelope.
- Vercel and Cloudflare — website hosting and network routing.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Account and transaction data are kept while your account is active. Email us to request export or deletion of your data and we will honor it within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing records.
Your clients’ information
Agents enter information about their clients to prepare transaction documents. We process that information on the agent’s behalf and instructions only. Agents are responsible for having the appropriate permission to use their clients’ information in transaction documents.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here and update the date above.
