Contingency and escrow deadlines are computed from your contract's own day-counts, tracked on a calendar, and chased before they become emergencies.
Cross-document consistency
Names, price, dates, and terms are checked to match across every document in the file — the mismatches that bounce files get caught before submission.
Form-revision safety
Outdated form revisions are flagged before they go out, not after a rejection. The file that leaves is the file that gets accepted.
Signatures stay human
